So it's 4am Friday November 6th and I have no idea where I am right now. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say somewhere in Connecticut, but I'm only basing that on the few fleeting images of the New York City skyline I saw a short while ago. This has been on of the longest extended days of my life, and I can't express my gratitude to those great patriots I've just recently met, all I hope are visiting this site for the first time. I would never speak for Angel, but I can only imagine she feels very similar.
Thank you for giving us a chance, and I hope you come back again soon...
Angel and I have so many pictures, videos and amazing stories to share from our day in D.C. We'll post different articles for days to come, with great specificity to the Health Care House Call protest, being removed from Barney Frank's office by Capitol Police, Angel almost being arrested and of course the heartwarming conversations we shared with truly patriotic Americans from all over this great nation. As an added treat and something quite uncommon in the realm of blogging you'll be getting both Angel's and my views and perspectives on shared events as we have spent the past day and a half traveling together.
Oh, I guess we are in Connecticut, we just passed by the Reuters office. Sweet, two more states two go.
Again to reiterate, we've got some great stuff coming over the next few days, so please check back often. Limited internet connections and batteries that never seem to stay charged for long have given us both a mountain of media to use and little to no way to edit it all down and get it online. Don't worry it's all coming and soon.
Now if you're reading this online it means we've made it to South Station in Boston safely, we have parted ways and have successfully traveled well over a thousand miles in 18 hours by rail while protested the government, almost been arrested, have been kicked out of a congressman's office and met some truly fantastic patriots all on about 8 hours sleep between the two of us.
How was your Thursday?
Oh, and just to give everyone a taste of what's to come...
