We present to you our non-official "Top 10 Most Wanted" based on responses we've received from our readers; #1 being the worst offender in their opinion. This November will be pivotal and historic. While no incumbent should go unweeded, these notorious constitutional-offenders (and, in some cases, criminals) are worthy of national attention.
Who: Blanche LincolnWhat: US Senate
Where: Arkansas
Why:
The senior Senator from Arkansas, Blanche has the distinction of triangulating herself into oblivion. She has flip-flopped on the issues so many times she doesn't have an ally left in the "natural state". Normally a "blue-dog" democrat has the luxury of courting both sides of the ideological spectrum in order to garner support, but not in this case. Her persistent flip-flopping and lack of direction on the issues has left with no support from either the left or the right wings.
- Voted for the Healthcare bill, but lost the support of the left by not standing up for a public option.
- Voted against Healthcare reconciliation.
- Voted for the Patriot Act and again to reauthorize the program, but then voted against expanding it's "roving wiretaps".
- Called for the resignation of Bush's Attorney General Albero Gonzales.
- Called against moving Guantanamo Bay detainees onto US soil.
- Voted for the Stimulus and Omnibus bills.
- Voted for the "Contract with America Tax Relief Bill" during the Republican revolution in the mid 90's.
- Voted for the Bailouts of Wall St., Fannie and Freddie.

- Supported the interests of NARAL Pro-Choice America 100% in 2009.
- Senator Lincoln supported the interests of the National Taxpayers Union 16% in 2009.
- supported the interests of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) 46% in 2007-2008.
- Based on lifetime voting records on gun issues and the results of a questionnaire sent to all Congressional candidates in 2004, the National Rifle Association (NRA) assigned Senator Lincoln a grade of D+ (with grades ranging from a high of A+ to a low of F).
At this point it's the LEFT that is leading the charge against Lincolns reelection bid. Labor unions have already poured 5 million dollars worth of support into her Democrat primary opponent. MoveOn.org has also donated a million dollars against her as well. Now even the SEIU is running attack ads against her. Lincoln's fate is all but sealed at this point, with no allies on the left or the right and no ideological ground to stand on.
