SEIU Assaults Union Supporter in Hospital Cafeteria

Needless to say we've had our fair share of run-ins with labor seiu unions in the past.  From the controversial:

To the downright disheartening:
 
  
 
Still, this video comes as a shock to us as it clearly shows how quickly some union members will resort to outright thuggery when challenged on the issues.  As a viewer warning, this video does contains violence and profane language.
 

 

 

VIDEO: Democrat Congressman Admits, 'I Don't Worry About The Constitution'

 

We'd hardly consider a moment of genuine honesty a hare gaff, but Illinois Congressman Phil Hare admitted what we all assumed about the modern progressive when he told a group of constituents;
 
"I don't worry about the Constitution"
 
 
It should be noted that this is the same Congressman that took a hard stance on healthcare in 2009 when he proclaimed:
 
"I will not support any plan that does not contain a robust public option because, a plan without a public option is sort of like a car without a motor. It may look good on the outside, but in the end it will get you nowhere."
 
We can only assume this will be the last time he takes questions from constituents on the healthcare bill.
 

 

 
  

 

   

Facebook Is Censoring Your Wall, This Is How You Fix It.

 

 

With the release of the newest "improved" version of Facebook most people don't realize that their wall feed has been censored by default. While this might not seem like the usual political/constitutional article we write, there are some underlining 1st amendment issues here.  At the very least Facebook is our, as well as many others, primary source of networking.  We thought we'd do a quick write up on how to change your settings so you can keep in touch with all of your contacts.

 

 

 

Step 1.  Go to your Wall by clicking the "Home" tab (#1).  Then click on "Most Recent" (#2).

Step 2.  Bring up your wall feed settings at the bottom of the page.

Step 3.  Please note that Facebook has decided to only display 250 of your friends posts.

Step 4.  "Set the Maximum Number of Friends Shown in the Live Feed" to 5000 (the maximum number of friends you can have on Facebook) and save the updated settings.  You should note that this is where you can decide which groups to block and edit your feed settings to your likings.

Now you'll notice CONSIDERABLY more posts on your wall as you're now again in contact with all of your friends.  Thanks again for the "upgrade" Facebook.
